Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited (MMHK) was commissioned on 10 February 2022 by the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) under Agreement No. CE 52/2021 (CE) to provide consultancy services in respect of the "Improvement Works at Ma Liu Shui Ferry Pier, Ma Nam Wat Pier, Yim Tin Tsai Pier and Yung Shue O Jetties – Feasibility Study".
